I was a bit careful at first since it was an order issue, so I kept my messages and details handy just in case. But they replied really fast and got it fixed right away, which made the whole thing way less stressful

I ordered a few hair color items online and chose same-day pickup at my local Sally’s. The email came through quickly, and when I got there, the girl at the counter found my bag right away (which I really appreciated). No problems at all, and it was so much easier than wandering around the store trying to find everything myself

Some of the stuff can be a good deal, especially when it’s on sale. But I can’t say it doesn’t feel overpriced a lot of the time. I still grab basics there now and then, just not usually unless the price makes sense...

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered a few hair products from Sally Beauty the checkout was easy. The cart updated like it should, and I could see my total before I paid. The only thing that bugged me a little was that the shipping options took a bit to load, and I had to double check, actually, re-check my address because the page refreshed once. Payment went through fine though, and I got the confirmation email right away. Overall, it was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

I ordered a few hair color items and some clips from sallybeauty.com, and thankfully they actually got the whole order right. Every shade matched what I picked online, nothing was missing, and the quantities were correct. I don’t have much patience for dealing with wrong items or tracking down customer service, so I was relieved there wasn’t any hassle. Happy with it overall, and I’d order from the site again.

I usually shop here when they have a coupon or a sale, because the discounts really help, especially on hair color products. I’ve had a few times where the promo codes didn’t work at checkout, and I blame their site for making it more annoying than it needs to be. Still, when the deals actually go through, it’s a good place to shop.

"Honestly, I blame myself for not ordering sooner"
I’ve ordered from Sally Beauty a handful of times now, everything I’ve gotten has been solid. The hair color came out nice, the shampoo worked well, and even the little tools didn’t feel cheap or flimsy. Nothing showed up dried out or weird, which I really appreciate. If anything, I blame myself for waiting so long to try more of their stuff. I’ve been happy with my orders and would definitely buy from them again.

I went in not really knowing what hair color products I needed, so I wasn’t expecting to figure it out that easily. One of the girls working there was super helpful and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. She walked me through a couple different options and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. The store was a little busy, so I did have to wait longer than I would’ve liked, but based on what I needed, I left feeling like it was still a good experience.

I use Sally Beauty often now, and I kind of regret not ordering from there sooner. The site is really easy to get around, and the search actually works well, so I can find my hair color stuff fast. Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps or pages freezing on me. It just makes ordering a lot less annoying
